Learning Management System and Training Academies

Question for LE agencies with a standalone academy or state academies. Do you use PowerDMS or a Learning Management System (like Canvas, Blackboard Learn, Moodle) to maintain your lesson plans, deliver training, and proctor tests?

If your academy uses an LMS, could you share what you see as the pros and cons of your system—especially regarding lesson plan delivery, student follow-along, and testing or assessments? Any tips or insight on what works best for your program would be really helpful.
