Tasks wont copy over to new assessment

I recently archived my assessment and created a new one.  All my documents appropriately transferred over.  I have 331 tasks in my old assessment with dates that go out about 6 years into the future.  When I try to copy all 331 tasks, it only allows me to copy 51 of them.  And the 51 it is allowing me to copy over are all AFTER my assessment award period.  I have an open ticket with PDMS but wondering if anyone has seen this happen before and what the resolution was.  It took me a lot of work to build those tasks and I would really hate to lose all my work.  If anyone from Neo is on here, the case number is 01310427.

We experienced something similar the last time we created a new assessment—none of our tasks transferred over. We also opened a ticket with PowerDMS, but unfortunately it was never resolved.

At the time, we were still new to using tasks, so losing them wasn’t as impactful. But we rely on them heavily now, so I definitely understand how frustrating this must be.

I hope PowerDMS is able to provide a solution for you. Please share any updates with the community if you get a resolution!
