August 2021 Learn Enhancement Release

NEOGOV has one additional, minor Learn enhancement for Summer 2021 on the evening of Thursday, August 19. There is no downtime with this release, and all products will remain online and accessible. 

In this release, we are introducing a few more additional enhancements to support Course Prerequisites that were recently rolled out in the Develop Enhancement Release - Summer 2021 last month. Most notability is an enrollment override permission for course prerequisites that will be available for the HR Admin. This enhancement will give Admins more flexibility to directly enroll users in a prerequisite course bypassing the system-defined prerequisite logic.

We would also like to notify you of course retirements coming on November 1. This includes just two courses on the topic of Workplace Violence. We have three suggested replacements but Active Shooter and Workplace Violence (SVL_089151) is our most popular course on the topic.
