August 2022 Learn Enhancement Release
NEOGOV has one additional, major Learn enhancement for Summer 2022 on the evening of Monday, August 15. There is no downtime with this release, and all products will remain online and accessible.
In this release, we are introducing an improved way to track virtual training in Learn. This enhancement will give Admins and Instructors the ability to track virtual class training events hosted through a third-party web conferencing tool such as Zoom or MSTeams. Employees enrolled in a virtual class will have quick access to the virtual URL as a hyperlink and can easily launch the virtual training directly from Learn. Additionally, two multiple course enrollment approvers enhancements have been added to further assist with ease of use and audit tracking. Content Updates
Our Summer content release includes new courses in Employment Liability, including Public Employment Law Fundamentals, and new Health & Safety topics including Workplace Allergies and Sensitivities, Railroad Crossing Safety, and Avoiding Animal Bites. We are also offering 40+ new Business Skills courses in the areas of Microsoft Office and Google products as well as Soft Skills.
We also have a list of NEOGOV online courses that are now available for SHRM recertification CEUs. This list can be found on the SHRM CEUs tab of the course catalog.
