January 2023 Learn Enhancements Release - Release Date Change
** Update **
The Learn enhancement release scheduled on the evening of Monday, January 30 has been postponed to the evening of Thursday, February 2. There will be no downtime for this release, Learn will remain online and available.
For many organizations, employees are required to complete a certain number of training hours per year for compliance purposes. Prior to this release, users had to run and export the training activity report to manually calculate training hours outside of the Learn system. In this release, we have reduced the amount of manual effort for reporting on training hours by adding new metrics and a search filter to the Learner Transcript page. Now Employees, Managers, and HR can easily report on training hours directly in Learn!

Content Updates
Our Winter content release includes new courses in Employment Liability, including Workplace Investigations, and new Health & Safety topics including Home Office Ergonomics and Active Shooter and Workplace Violence Response. We also have new DEI, Cyber Security, Human Capital, and Business Skills courses. Check out the complete list of new courses in the updated course catalog that can be found here.
Content Retirements
On February 1, we will be retiring several partner courses. Please refer to this spreadsheet for the full list of retirements and replacements. We have just two courses to retire on April 1 and they can be found on this spreadsheet.

Content Updates
On February 1, we are updating the following courses:
- Harassment Prevention for Supervisors (HU54)
- Harassment Prevention for Employees (HU94)
- Harassment Prevention for Supervisors - New York (HV06)
- Harassment Prevention for Employees - New York (HV16)
We are keeping the same course codes, so if these are part of your Learning Plans or auto-enrollments, there is nothing you need to do. However, any employees who are currently in progress for these courses may experience issues if they are not completed by February 1. If that is the case, they will need to be un-enrolled and re-enrolled in the course. Please encourage them to complete these courses ASAP.
