Learn Content Retirements (Sept. 28, 2026)

Please see the attached list of courses that will be retired on Sept. 28, 2026. Their replacements are listed here as well. Please be sure that any Learning Plans are updated with the course replacements and remind users currently in progress to complete the course(s) prior to the retirement date.

      ​@jkniser1 For your September Learn Content retirements, it appears Mastering Excel 265 Course Codes: BH49 and BH76 as not available (the table says Available Now).  Are these two on the list for a 9/28/2026 release?

      ​@jkniser1 One more question, am I able to upload an AICC formatted file to NEOGOV from another vendor?  I noticed you have a large collection of BizLibrary courses in NEOGOV and many of their productions are formatted as AICC.  It isn’t overly clear in the spec whether NEOGOV Learn allows for AICC uploads when creating new Prebuilt Online content.

      Hi Carrie, Ask as many questions as you’d like! I don’t believe you can load AICC content, but I don’t want to give you misinformation either. My recommendation is to reach out to Customer Support for a definitive answer.
