RETIREMENTS:

Please see the attached list of courses that will be retired on December 15, 2025. Their replacements are listed here as well. Please be sure that any Learning Plans are updated with the course replacements and remind users currently in progress to complete the course(s) prior to the retirement date.

NEW CONTENT VENDOR:
We are excited to announce our newest Health & Safety content vendor, HSI. In anticipation of this addition to our catalog, we have begun the process of retiring our older Health & Safety content from a previous vendor. Because of this, you will notice an increase in retirements over the next couple months. Most of these retirements have suggested replacement courses, which are now available.

COURSE UPDATES:
We will also be making some important updates to a handful of heavily used courses. These updates include accessibility, usability, and some content changes. The updates to these courses will also occur on December 15, 2025. Please remind users currently in progress to complete the following course(s) prior to the 15th to avoid issues during the update process.

  • Title IX Final Rule for Faculty & Staff (HV88)
  • Harassment Prevention for K-12 Employees (KT21)
  • Harassment Prevention for K-12 Supervisors (KT19)
  • Harassment Prevention for Higher Ed Employees (HE30)
  • Harassment Prevention for Higher Ed Supervisors (HE28)

Is there a full course catalog available for 2025, with retired classes with their replacements?

Hi @bdicken
Yes, bookmark this link to download the most updated course catalog. There is a tab of all retired courses and their replacements. Please note, however, that the catalog will not include the courses in the most recent announcement prior to the retirement date, as those courses are still active.
