Scenario When Issue Encountered

Issue Resolved

Some customers experienced an issue where the External Learner Reports in the Report Builder failed to load. This occurred when attempting to edit or run an external learner report in the Report Builder, regardless of whether filters were applied or if the report contained no records.

This issue has been resolved. The External Learner Report in Report Builder now loads as expected, even when no records are returned.

When viewing the External Learners list, the Activation Last Sent column did not display the correct date and time information. Instead of showing a timestamp, the field displayed coded text such as {0: MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a}.

This issue has been fixed. The Activation Last Sent column now correctly displays the date and time values for each learner as expected.

When managing licenses within Libraries > Certificates/Licenses, some users experienced an issue where configured property fields were not populating as expected.

Even after setting these fields as required and saving the license configuration, the corresponding property details did not appear when viewing or editing the license on a learner’s profile. Additionally, reassigning the license to the learner did not resolve the issue, and users were unable to enter the required property details.

This issue has been fixed. Certification/License property fields now populate correctly when licenses are assigned to learners, allowing all required details to be entered and saved as expected.

Users noticed inconsistent naming for catalog view options between the Admin Catalog and the Course Catalog within Learn. In the Admin Catalog, the available view options were labeled Card View and Grid View, while in the Course Catalog, the options were labeled Grid View and List View.

This issue has been resolved. Catalog view option names are now consistent across both the Admin Catalog and Course Catalog pages.
