May 2021 Learn Enhancement Release

NEOGOV has one last, minor Learn enhancement for Spring 2021 on the morning of Tuesday, May 11. There is no downtime with this release, and all products will remain online and accessible. 

Since the rollout of the Certifications/License tracking feature in Learn, we have received a lot of great feedback from our community of customers. In this release, the Certification/License Date Issued and Expiration Date fields on the Learner Profile page have been modified to support the specific date entries. This enhancement closes a long-awaited system gap needed for auditing and reporting purposes when tracking Certifications/Licenses in Learn. 

This release also includes functionality to allow HR Admins the ability to manage learner enrollments directly on the roster for the Third Party Online course type. This enhancement helps to further centralize and track course completions for training that is completed through a third party content vendor.
