NEOGOV has a major Learn enhancement for May on the early morning of Monday, May 20. This release has no downtime, and all products will remain online and accessible.

The May release of Learn is centered on External Learning. This update allows Learners to add the same External Learning Event to their profile multiple times. Each instance can now represent a separate event instance, complete with unique details and occurrences of their participation. This enhancement significantly improves the user experience and is also vital for assisting administrators in easily reporting external learning events that employees track in their profiles.

For a more detailed explanation of these enhancements, please download the Release Notes here.
