NEOGOV has a major Learn enhancement for November on the early morning of Thursday, November 2. There is no downtime with this release, and all products will remain online and accessible.

In this release, we have further improved the Import Training feature that customers currently use to import their historical training data. Admins have more editing functionality within the Training Import feature, which makes resolving import errors easier. Adding courses and credit hours was recently released in Learn earlier this month. In addition to adding courses, Admins can now specify a timeframe for which courses must be completed to earn a certification/license.

For a more detailed explanation of these enhancements, please download the Release Notes here.
