NEOGOV has a major Learn enhancement release on the evening of Monday, March 27. This release has no downtime, and all products will remain online and accessible.
It’s said that Spring is a hopeful season for new beginnings. In this Learn release we are hopeful that the enhancements in this release will help bring on a better user experience in Learn and most importantly save you valuable administrative time in course management.

Summary of Enhancements
- MP4 Video file size limit increased to 300 MB
- SCORM file size limit increased to 500 MB
- Unlimited Class Sessions per class instance
- Waitlisted learners automatically moved to enrolled when Max Class Size is increased
- Course Duration increased to 9999 hours

Content Retirements
On April 1, we have just two courses to retire and they can be found on this spreadsheet.
On May 1, we have 21 course retirements. The complete list and their suggested replacements can be found on this spreadsheet.

Harassment Prevention Updates
On April 12, we are updating the following courses:
- Harassment Prevention for California Supervisors (HU96)
- Harassment Prevention for California Employees (HV08)
- Harassment Prevention for Connecticut Supervisors (HU98)
- Harassment Prevention for Connecticut Employees (HV10)
- Harassment Prevention for Illinois Supervisor (HV32)
- Harassment Prevention for Illinois Employees (HV34)
- Harassment Prevention for Supervisors: Condensed (HV82)
- Harassment Prevention for Employees: Condensed (HV84)
We are keeping the same course codes, so if these are part of your Learning Plans or auto-enrollments, there is nothing you need to do. However, any employees who are currently in progress for these courses may experience issues if they are not completed by April 12. If that is the case, they will need to be un-enrolled and re-enrolled in the course. Please encourage them to complete these courses ASAP.
We are also releasing updated Harassment Prevention courses for Maine and Delaware and new condensed courses for New York and Michigan. These courses will be 60 minutes for Supervisors and 30 minutes for Employees. These will all have new course codes.
