NEOGOV has a major Learn enhancement release on the evening of Monday, February 14.  There is no downtime with this release, and all products will remain online and accessible.

We kick off the 2022 year with several key enhancements that will greatly improve the user experience for Admin users in Learn. In this release, we’ve added several usability improvements specific to Course Prerequisites within the Admin and Course Catalog pages. We’ve simplified the process for importing historical training data with a user-friendly in-application import feature. A small but mighty enhancement has been made to Learning Plans by giving Admins the ability to arrange courses in the desired order to be completed. HR Admins now have the ability to terminate employees directly in Learn eliminating the need to contact Customer Support for assistance. Lastly, a new Learn report is available in Report Builder!

For a more detailed explanation of the Winter enhancements, please download the Release Notes here.
