API Integration feeding hourly rate as annual salary

This issue is intermittent and everything looks correct on the data form and in Banner. What field determines if it’s hourly or salary?

      Hello,

      I had a similar issue in past when implementing the NeoEd/Banner API. For my institution it was only the hourly rate not passing accurately. When contacting Banner Action Line I suggest referencing product defect PD0028185 NeoEd to Banner API Institution-Jobs Ethos API - Hourly Positions and Rate and ask for a NeoEd representative to be added to the case. Banner Action Line will also have you review the system setup (e.g., PTRECLS, NBAPOSN, NBAPBUD, NTRSALA, etc.) to rule out any misconfigurations.
