Employee Preferred Name

Here is a quick update regarding the Summer 2026 release, which expands preferred name visibility across NEOED talent management products (Onboard, Perform, etc.).

If your institution utilizes the Banner–NEOED integration, please keep the following in mind:

• Integration Roadmap: Preferred name capability is not yet supported via the Banner integration. While our team is actively working on this enhancement, a firm release date has not been set.
• Manual Entry: The integration will not overwrite preferred names that are manually entered directly into an employee profile.
• Data Imports: Bulk imports of preferred names via flat files are currently unavailable.
