Enhancement Request: Automatically Update Departments (Organizations) via NeoEd/Banner API

Idea:
Enable the NeoEd/Banner API to automatically update departments (organizations) based on active positions.

Business Need:
Currently, our institution must manually update departments (organizations) on a weekly basis. During implementation, the department data was loaded as a one-time import, but there is no ongoing synchronization to keep it current.

Adding the ability to automatically update departments through the API on a scheduled basis would eliminate the need for manual maintenance, ensure organizational data remains accurate, and reduce administrative workload. This enhancement would improve data consistency between Banner and NeoEd while saving staff time and minimizing the risk of outdated or incorrect department information.
