E-Verify Back Up

Hi Onboard users,

E-Verify seems to be operational now and the integration health is coming back as healthy. You should be able to log into Onboard to create and update cases. If there was a delay in case submission due to the shutdown, you will be able to select a delay reason if prompted.

The E-Verify system had been shut down since Oct 1 due to the federal government shutdown. E-Verify has still not put out any official post regarding the service, but you can refer to a SHRM article that summarizes the restoration of the service: https://www.shrm.org/topics-tools/news/talent-acquisition/e-verify-restored-amid-government-shutdown

        When I click “Submit and Initiate E-Verify” it just spins but when I go to the E-Verify Tab in onboarding everything loads up just fine. What can I do to submit cases?

          Same as kfloyd1995. When clicking initiate E-Verify, the wait icon just spins and does not load the rest of the page. Please assist.
