If you would like to check the ‘Emergency Contact Form’ we built during the session, you can find it in the Global Form Bank: select ‘Create Form’ > ‘Copy from Global Form Bank’ > Search for ‘Emergency Contact Form’ shared by ‘NEOGOV Created Templates’ agency > Select ‘Use Form’ icon. Apply what you have learned and create a similar form for your agency.
