As you may know, on June 20, E-Verify announced that the Department of Homeland Security would begin to revoke employment authorization for certain individuals whose parole has been terminated.

Part of this announcement included the introduction of a new report, called the “Status Change Report” which compiles aggregated case data for any employees who presented an EAD for employment verification which was later revoked by DHS. Please note that this report cannot be generated within Onboard for users of our E-Verify integration. The Status Change Report is not a report that E-Verify supports for the integration at this time. If you have a direct account with E-Verify, you will be able to log into the website and generate the report, but it will only include cases submitted directly to E-Verify, not the ones submitted via Onboard.

To ensure this new change does not add another task to your plate, our team is actively monitoring the Status Change Report and will reach out to customers directly if any of their employees employment authorization documents become revoked. This has been our procedure since June 20th. If you have not heard from us, it means that none of your employees have been affected.

Of course, you can also call into our customer support team to request a one-time ad hoc report to be generated for your agency.

E-Verify has also created a FAQ page for the revocations that you can review here: EAD Revocation Guidance For E-Verify Employers.
