We are receiving reports that customers are running into issues submitting new E-Verify cases. If you are not able to successfully submit an E-Verify case at this time, please try again tomorrow. If the case is submitted with a delay, you will be able to indicate the delay reason as technical issues.

Our team is actively investigating the issue. From what we can tell, the issue is happening on the E-Verify side. We have reached out to their technical support team for assistance.
