We have two important announcements to make.

1. E-Verify Feature Updates

Earlier this year, we announced the upcoming changes we will be making to the E-Verify integration in Onboard and in August, we also began offering the online training for E-Verify administrators. To date, there have been over 500+ training registrations! The original expected release date for these changes to the E-Verify integration was October 10th. The new expected release date is now November 13.

2. I-9 Form with 2027 Expiration Date

Our team can now confirm that the I-9 form with the 2027 expiration date will be available by the end of Q4. We are actively working on some significant changes to form versioning and will roll out the I-9 form at the end of the quarter. Please note that the current I-9 form in Onboard with an expiration date in 2026 is still valid. Per USCIS, "Employers must use the Form I-9 with the edition date of 08/1/23, which may have an expiration date of either 07/31/2026 or 05/31/2027. Either form may be used until its respective expiration date."
