Notification Emails - Triggers & Other

Hello everyone,

Here is a document that will bring more clarity to Notification Emails. In the following document you can find answers to:

• What triggers a certain notification email?
• Who are available recipients?
• Can a notification email be enabled/disabled?

Notification emails settings page can be accessed by HR Administrator from Administrative > Settings > Notification emails. They have the ability to configure notification emails settings by:

• selecting whether emails should be triggered upon certain actions
• customizing the subject and content of all system-generated emails
• adding or removing recipients that need to receive a Notification Email when the specific action that triggers it occurs.
