Perform Enhancement Release - Summer 2024

End of Summer Blues got you feeling down? Well, the Perform Team is back with a blazing hot release to distract you from the continuous loss of daylight as we inch closer to fall. NEOGOV's Perform Summer 2024 enhancement release will be deployed to production early in the morning on Thursday, August 22. All sites will be online for this release. 

Perform is excited to unveil the all new Vertical Rating Form, continuing our trend of enhanced usability for Managers and Employees alike. Furthermore, HR Admins can utilize the new Applicable Frequencies for the Evaluation Program to assign specific process steps to various evaluation frequencies and consolidate their Evaluation Program List.
