Scenario When Issue Encountered

Issue Resolved

When Printing an Evaluation

There was an excessive amount of padding between sections when printing the PDF of  certain evaluations. The system was prioritizing keeping individual sections to one page and preventing page breaks in between sections. We loosened the system priorities so that sections could be split across multiple pages if needed.

Writing Journal Entries with Attachments

If attachments are added when writing journal entries, they would duplicate upon submission. We resolved this issue so only a single attachment is saved to the journal entry. 

Activation Emails Sent by NEOED Agencies

For NEOED agencies, activation emails were intermittently failing to be sent. We resolved this issue so no errors would occur upon sending an activation email.

Updating Perform Settings

For some agencies, errors would display when trying to update Perform Settings. Errors were specifically displayed on the Manager Changes, Journal Entry, and Certification Messages and Logo pages. We resolved this issue so the errors would not display and settings can be updated.

Viewing Section Scores on an Evaluation

Previously, when a rating step was in-progress (ratings auto-saved but not yet submitted), the section scores were computed and stored using the weights at the time of auto-save. However, if an admin changed section weights on the evaluation after the manager had already selected ratings, those stored auto-saved scores were not automatically recalculated. If the manager then submitted the rating without touching any rating values, the overall rating  would be inaccurate since the new weights were not taken into account. We resolved this issue by recalculating scores when ratings are submitted.
