Perform Winter 2023 Enhancement Release

Amidst the icy chills of historic winter storms, Perform is coming in hot with our first major release of 2023! Our Winter release will be deployed to Production on the evening of Thursday March 2nd (Pacific Time). All sites will remain accessible as there is no planned downtime associated with this release.

With this set of enhancements we venture into the highly requested expansion of Bulk Actions aimed to decrease the amount of time that Admins spend manually updating evaluation tasks as personnel changes inevitably impact their evaluation processes. No longer will Bulk Actions be restricted to Active Employees or Evaluations that have yet to reach the Rating status.
