General Changes

• Added more Yes/No fields the Report Templates configuration process. 

  1. To add the new fields, navigate to your report Settings, of the report you want to include the field, and choose Add custom text field. 

  2. A new drop-down menu appears for you to choose Yes/no from the Field Type list.

  3. You can also update existing Yes/no fields using similar steps. 

  4. Once the field is added or updated, you can drag the field to where you want it on the form. 

• Added an Unknown option to the Use of Force template Subject section for the Subject injured prior to or during event drop-down menu. You don’t need to do any configuration use this new option.  

• Added a 0 value to the Duration of exposure (hrs) drop-down menu under the Interaction section on the Occupational injury template.  You don’t need to do any configuration use this new value.
