Bugs Resolved

• Resolved an issue that was preventing users from removing the Body Diagram from Action Reports templates.
• Resolved issues related to adding a Witness Officer:
  • Some fields incorrectly displayed when adding the officer.
  • Users were able to edit fields that should’ve been locked. 
• Fixed issues related to Workflows:
  • When performing the Edit action for the first time on an existing workflow type, the Approve, Return, and Duration dropdown fields appeared empty.
  • When users tried submitting reports, workflow steps showed as invalid and an incorrect error message displayed.
• Resolved an issue that was preventing agencies from uploading an Agency Logo. 
• Fixed an issue that was preventing users from removing a sub-section of some Custom Action Reports.
