General Changes

• Increased the maximum number of Custom Fields allowed on an Action Report Template from 20 to 80 custom fields. 

Appendix: Bugs Resolved

• Resolved an issue that was causing an error message to display when users tried creating Action Reports regarding an incorrect number of subjects on the report. 

• Fixed a bug that was causing the word “DRAFT” to display on submitted action report pdf printouts.
