General Changes

• Action Report attachments now display as a hyperlink only when they are able to be downloaded. Previously, attachments always displayed as hyperlinks, even while the attachment was in the process of uploading and not available for download. 

• Agency Admins can now Delete Action Reports. Users must have Allow user to delete PowerAction records permissions to use this new functionality. 

  1. To delete 1- 20 Action Reports, navigate to the PowerAction dashboard.

  2. Use Search to find the Action Report(s) you want to delete.

  3. You will see checkboxes next to Action Reports meeting your search criteria. Select the desired reports.

  4. Click the Delete button near the top of the list.

  5. Confirm your selections in the pop-up window to continue with your choice to Delete.
