General Changes

• Increased the maximum number of Divisions, Groups, and Teams from 100 to 500.

Appendix: Bugs Resolved

• Improved Action Report Processing Time: Significantly reduced the time required to submit, approve, and close an Action Report. Previously, updates could take more than a minute to appear correctly on the dashboard after users completed these actions.

• Managing Multiple Subjects in Action Reports: Fixed an issue that was occurring when users tried adding multiple Subjects to an Action Report where details from the first subject were disappearing and incorrectly adding to the second subject’s record.

• Progress Bar Display in Action Reports: Fixed a problem with the Action Report progress bar displaying the current and previous steps incorrectly. 

• Report Submission by Author's Direct Supervisor: Resolved an issue that was preventing users from submitting reports when users set the Assignee Type as Author's Direct Supervisor.
