You can now enable and disable Action Report Templates via a toggle on the template’s configuration screen.
- Previously, a workflow assignment along with permissions enabled a template. This led to some confusion for agencies about why a report template is sometimes visible and other times is not.
- When you disable a template, it will no longer be an option to choose when creating a new action report. Any reports currently in progress, submitted, or completed will not be impacted by this update.
- The change will also make searching for templates on the configuration list, here, faster for admins, by providing a filter to focus the list on a specific status you are looking to configure.
- To enable an Action Report Template, a workflow must still be assigned to the template.

Resolved an issue that was preventing larger files from importing in the Legacy Case import.
Resolved an issue where the Event Date was not working correctly when trying to import a CAD event to an Action Report.
A user is no longer required to have author or edit permissions to receive Notifications from an Action Report workflow. Previously, some users were not receiving workflow notifications when the workflow was correctly configured, but these additional permissions were not assigned.
