This method automatically assigns Sentiment making assignments more accurate, requiring fewer manual updates. Some examples include:

When a citizen replies No or No thank you to a question, the sentiment automatically updates to Neutral.

Sentiment can more accurately categorize emoji feedback based on emojis’ usual meaning.

We will improve prompts over time as we learn more about situations where updates are needed.
