General Changes
- If an PowerEngage Admin attempts to Delete a Survey configuration, a new confirmation message presents to remind users that Disabling Rules, QR Codes, or URLs for a survey is best practice rather than permanently deleting the information.
- If users delete a survey configuration, all responses are permanently removed with it.
- Disabling Rules, QR Codes, or URLs keep survey responses but prevents anyone from replying to the survey in the future.
- Disabling also lets users more quickly re-enable surveys in the future if desired.
- Improved dop-down menus for Rule configuration by:
- Removing unusable values
- Alphabetizing values to speed up finding the correct value
