General Changes

• Updated Activity Matched for Target Phone Numbers

  • Enhanced the Matched Rule audit log to show the exact target phone number or email address where a notifications sent. When a rule trigger results in multiple recipients, you'll now see distinct records for each, making it much easier to verify your communications.

• Updated Send Text Rule Target to Include Target Phone Numbers

  • You can now send Send Text rules to specific, individual phone numbers—independently of Target Roles. The system now supports standard 10-digit numbers (with automatic +1 country code handling) and can verify these against your contacts, allowing for more precise SMS delivery via your agency’s Communication Group number.

• Included Starts With as a Filter Option in Rules Engine

  • We’ve added Starts with and Does not start with operators to your CAD, 311, and Records-Case filters, giving you more granular control over your data.

AI Features & Administration

• Added AI In-Line Summarization to the AI Administration Settings Page

  • You can now manage AI In-Line Summarization directly via Settings > AI Administration. Admins have full control to toggle this feature globally, set exclusions for specific modules like Reports or Satisfaction, and easily access relevant disclaimers and terms.

• AI In-Line Summarization on Satisfaction List View

  • Integrated an AI-powered summarization widget directly onto your Satisfaction List View. The summaries dynamically update based on your active filters, so you get concise insights that are always relevant to the data you’re viewing.
