UserWay Accessibility Icon

 

As part of increasing the accessibility of our products, a new accessibility feature, UserWay, is now active in your PowerEngage environment. UserWay is a 3rd-party tool integrated into our products that enhances accessibility and compliance with WCAG by enabling users with visual, cognitive, and motor differences to customize their viewing experience.

  • You’ll notice a small accessibility icon in the bottom left corner of PowerEngage.
  • Clicking the icon opens a menu allowing users to adjust their display for color blindness, dyslexia, ADHD, visual impairments, and more. 
  • If you hide the accessibility widget and would like to use it, you can bring it back up by pressing Ctrl-U on your keyboard.
