No; some agencies’ Feedback Board may experience temporary syncing issues.

Updates

• The Feedback Board, accessed by the Engage Menu, will now default update every 1 hour with the latest Survey Feedback.

• You can now manually configure the Refresh Rate by entering whole numbers between 1-168 hours.  A smaller value would mean a quicker refresh, a larger value would be longer between refreshes, allowing you time to review content and make sure it meets standards before displaying. 

• At any time, you can manually force a refresh of the Feedback Board to see the latest comments.  To perform a hard refresh in your browser using Control+F5 on a PC or use Shift+Command+R on a Mac.
