General Changes
- From the PowerIA Dashboard, you now have the option to search for complaints by Complainant.
- To access, click the Search button on your Dashboard, under Item type select Complaint, then under Search Criteria, choose Complainant.
- Completing this task this way will search the Complainant field from Complaints.
- Improved notifications for both Case Reports and Complaints when sending a report back and forth within a workflow so that notifications now send each time the report moves through the workflow process. Previously, notifications only sent the first time a record went to a specific person in the workflow.
Appendix: Bugs Resolved
- Made an error message clearer for when users try importing Legacy Cases and there is a mismatch with Incident Numbers and Incident Types. Previously, a message indicated an Incident Number was required when the Incident Type was missing.
