General Changes

• Public, Citizen, and Internal complaints now offer the option to add Narratives and Attachments as part of the process when reviewing a complaint. 
  • Previously, only the author could add attachments or update details on a complaint. Now, users in the workflow can add a narrative or multiple narratives. 
  • Once users enter the complaint into a workflow, the page will include 2 new areas: Complaint Review Attachments and Complaint Review Narratives. 

Appendix: Bugs Resolved

• The Bulk User import process now supports at least 4500 users in one import file. 
• Resolved and issue on the IA Cases analytics dashboard that had caused some Findings to categorize as other when they should have had their own category.
