July 24, 2025 Release Notes

NOTE: The following release notes are expected to be deployed to production on July 24, 2025. As is always the case with software development, the deployment may be delayed for any number of reasons.  If a deployment is ever delayed, it is solely because NeoGov believes the deployment would be detrimental to your use of the software and continued productivity.  In such an event, every effort will be made to deploy the updates as soon as possible once any issues have been addressed.

Release 6.12.0 - July 24, 2025 (Deployment usually happens during evening hours US Eastern Time).

Bug Fixes

An issue has been addressed where a user uploading a profile photo larger than 512 kB may experience slight alignment issues for the Change / Remove links listed for the profile photo.

Addressed an issue where subscribers to Content Hub may not see indicators for updates / newly available documents. 

Fixed an issue where the scroll bar on the search results page may not behave as a user would expect, either not allowing the user to scroll to the bottom, or not remaining at the bottom when scrolled to the lowest page position.

An issue has been fixed where the side navigation menu in Content Hub might collapse automatically when a document is imported or updated.

An issue has been addressed where a parent folder may not be listed on the Groups > Rights and Assignments page when the group was granted rights to a child document.

Performance Enhancements

Multiple performance enhancements have been made to improve the usability and responsiveness of the system.
