Overview

Policy 6.38 delivers critical bug fixes, new AI-powered features for document intelligence, accessibility improvements, and enhanced language support.

 

Bug Fixes

Document Management

  • Content Hub Import – Fixed "Unable to import" error when importing documents from content hub
  • Document Operations – Resolved unknown error when creating draft revisions, archiving documents, and moving archived documents to draft
  • Save Button in Revisions – Fixed save button not working in the document revisions tab

 

Administrative & Reporting

  • PowerDMS Backup – Fixed backup request failures
  • Course Permissions – Limited admin users can no longer see manage course button for courses with only view rights
  • Dashboard Reports – Fixed issue where clicking "Run report" on a user under groups tab incorrectly applied username as group filter

 

Accessibility

  • Inbox Headings – Added proper heading level structure to inbox messages pages
  • Groups Form – Fixed missing header and non-unique aria labels in Groups Members form

 

Performance Improvements

PowerRecall Query Optimization – Improved performance of document visibility queries in PowerRecall. Limited admins on sites with large document sets will experience significantly faster Recall inbox loading and "Generate from Documents" modal response times.
