New Features

Power Policy is proud to announce the addition of several new features providing the option to restrict certain actions to users with the Master Admin role. 

  • A new feature has been added under Administration Menu > Site Configuration > Settings > Documents labeled “Only allow Master Admins to log a review on a document”. 
    • When checked, the system will only allow a user with the Master Administrator role to manually enter a review on a document.
  • A new feature has been added under Administration Menu > Site Configuration > Settings > Documents labeled “Only allow Master Admins to start Workflows on Published Documents”.
    • When checked, the system will only allow users with the Master Administrator role to begin a workflow on a published document.  This change will not affect the start of workflows on draft documents. 
  • A new feature has been added under Administration Menu > Site Configuration > Settings > Documents labeled “Only allow Master Admins to edit published documents”.
    • When checked, the system will only allow users with the Master Administrator role to edit published documents. There will be no such restriction applied to documents in a draft state.

Bug Fixes

  • An issue was addressed where a user attempting to compare revisions of a Document would not be able to access the Compare function under the Actions button.
  • Addressed an issue where the ability to move / reorganize course sections via the Drag and Drop feature was not working.
  • Fixed an issue where the table of contents displayed in the browser for Word Documents and PDFs was displayed in the wrong location in the document.
