Release 6.19.0 - October 16, 2025

New Features

• A new feature was added to restrict the addition of new Workflow Templates to users with Master Administrator privileges only. 
  • In the Administrator Menu, under Site Settings > Documents, the checkbox labeled “Only allow Master Admins to start Workflows on published documents.” must be checked in order for this feature to be enabled.
  • NOTE: Only Master Administrator’s can see this option.

• A dialog was updated to make more clear the result of adding a new draft when one is already in existence.

Bug Fixes

• An issue was addressed where the dashboard may show and incorrect number of To-do items for a user.
• Addressed an issue where Workflow comments may not be displayed properly after being entered and submitted.
