May 14, 2026 Release Notes
Bug Fixes
- Addressed an issue where booking marking an item in PowerDMS would force refresh the left side-menu causing a user to potentially lose their place in the tree.
- An issue was fixed where logging a review, then saving may cause the review date to be improperly set to the previous year, based on when the next review was supposed to have occurred.
- An issue was addressed where the survey icons would show as draft even when the survey had been published.
- Fixed an issue in the AI Chatbot where the titles for historical conversations may have been labeled incorrectly.
- An issue was fixed in the Workflows where a user wasn’t able to see for how many days a step had been active when needing to skip the step.
- An issue was addressed in Workflows where a user or limited administrator may not be able to add users to a step through the Add/Modify/Send to someone else function.
Feature Enhancements
- The table in the Document ingestion Tracking page under ‘Administration Menu > Site Configuration > Settings > AI Settings’ will be updated to display additional columns of data:
- This change will help organizations more clearly know which documents were ingested successfully, failed, skipped, or were excluded as part of the system setup.
- Each number in the table will be a link which will download a .csv file of the ingestion run for that status (e.g. if you have 150 documents, and 100 are successful, 48 excluded, and 2 failed, you can click on the number for ‘Failed’ and get a .csv to provide to NeoGov support and help with troubleshooting issues).
- This change will require a resync of your ingested documents. You can perform a resync by going to:
- Administration Menu
- Site Configuration
- Setings
- AI Settings
- Document Ingestion Tracking, click on the ‘Resync’ button in the upper right of this screen. Wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, then you can return to check the results, or click the ‘Refresh’ button in the upper right to see the updated ingestion progress and results.
- What do these status mean?
- Successful: The document was successfully ingested and is searchable by the AI system.
- Failed: There was a problem ingesting the document. It may only need another resync.
- Skipped: The document type is not able to be ingested by the AI (e.g. images, videos, audio).
- Excluded: These are the documents in folders that have been marked for exclusion by your organization.
NOTE: If you don’t see the AI Settings as a Master Admin, then the AI feature has not been rolled out to your organization yet. We are doing a phased rollout of this feature, so keep checking back, and watching for in-app messages that you site has been enabled.
