Release Notes: Version 6.41

This release focuses on improving platform stability and resolving several customer-reported issues affecting search functionality, user messaging, and document signatures.

Bug Fixes & Resolutions

  • Advanced Search Accuracy: Fixed an issue in Advanced Search where the system failed to return results when filtering for users with usernames exceeding 15 characters.

  • User Profile Signature Errors: Resolved a "Document signature not found" error that occurred when clicking the information (i) icon on a signed document directly from the Document tab of a user profile.

  • Inbox Messaging Enhancements: Corrected a workflow disruption in Inbox Messages where the "To" field prevented users from immediately searching for additional recipients after adding the first user.

  • Duplicate Signature Requests: Fixed a bug that caused a single user to appear duplicated under the signature tab of a draft document if that user belonged to multiple groups assigned to the document.

  • Folder Security Navigation: Repaired broken redirect links to users and groups that users encountered when navigating through folder security tabs.

  • Document Email Links: Fixed an issue where email links embedded on documents within the DMS failed to properly remove the "mailto:" prefix upon redirection.
