Release Notes 6.42

New Features & Enhancements

  • ADA Accessibility & PubDocs:

    • Added an option for administrators to share the original document in PubDocs for download, ensuring agencies can provide documents they are confident have the proper accessibility features.

    • Improved document conversion so that uploaded documents retain their built-in accessibility properties when converted to PDF.

Bug Fixes

  • Documents & Workflows:

    • Resolved an issue where Discuss tab comments on workflows were incorrectly populating in the document Discuss tab.

    • Fixed an unknown error that occurred when attempting to delete a file revision in the revisions tab of a document.

    • Corrected a display issue where Workflow steps were only showing the group name instead of the group users and their individual responses.

  • Search:

    • Fixed an issue where the Compare box was incorrectly displaying after hitting the Enter button in the search bar.

    • Resolved a bug where the Advanced Search "Revision Date" filter would change the selected date when the search was executed.

  • Training & Surveys:

    • Fixed an issue with course timers incorrectly adding extra time after the timer had already ended.

    • Corrected an issue where clicking "view results" on a user profile under surveys showed a blank screen and failed to redirect to the individual's user results.

  • Messages:

    • Fixed an issue where the "Reply All" button in messages was unresponsive.

    When will the new release be available to users, and is any action required by an administrator to update to the new release?

      Our releases go out around 8 PM Eastern Time US every other Thursday (thus Oct 1, 2026). The updates don’t require down time, and the Web application will automatically update for users in the background. They may want to just log out and back in, or simply refresh the browser around 10 PM Eastern to ensure they are using the latest available. 

      If there is ever down time needed, we will message that out through multiple channles two weeks ahead of time.
