Bug Fixes
- Addressed an issue where clicking View Results in the Survey tab of a user would occasionally show a blank white screen.
- An issue where workflows and document discussion comments were able to be viewed simultaneously by some users has been addressed. The issue was causing confusion where discussion comments placed directly on a document may be seen by some users who were part of a workflow, but not others, thus leading users to believe that some workflow comments were not showing up for all users. We have improved the separation of workflow comments from document comments to alleviate this issue.
- An issue was fixed where some video files where not viewable in Content Hub.
- Fixed an issue where the Assignment dropdown for a Dynamic First Response step in a workflow may not show any options for selection.
- An issue was addressed where the ‘Finish Editing’ button would show on all open tabs with a draft revision open, even though the user was only editing the draft on a single tab.
- 508C Compliance Updates for improved Accessibility
- Both the Public Documents and Internal PowerDMS web sites have received numerous updates for improved accessibility compliance throughout the software suite.
- This is an ongoing effort for the PowerDMS team, and multiple improvements will be delivered as they are completed throughout 2026.
