Trainee Total Hours Added to the Trainee Dashboard
Users can now access Trainee Total Hours reports directly from their Trainee Dashboard. This provides a quick-access link to a comprehensive breakdown of hours trainees logged within each phase of their program, and gives Trainers and Supervisors access to this information.

Enables Trainers and Supervisors to make data-driven decisions regarding phase advancement and provides immediate visibility into whether a trainee is progressing at the expected pace.

Expanded Performance Category Names
Improved how Performance Category names display throughout PowerReady. Info boxes no longer truncate long names and instead utilize word-wrap to show full titles. Additionally, new feature allows users to hover over names to read them fully in condensed views.

Ensures Administrators and Trainers can see the full context of a performance category without having to open the edit menu or guess the truncated text.
