New Feature/Enhancements

Performance Evaluations Can Recur on the Employee’s Promotion Date

You can now schedule automatically recurring performance evaluations based on employee promotion dates.

We added the Promotion Date to the User Profile. To edit a user’s promotion date, go to the user’s profile and click the Edit icon under the Employee Settings section.

We added an option for performance evaluations to recur on the promotion date, similar to hire dates and program start dates. You can set this in any Performance Program. Go to Program Settings > Forms and select your evaluation form.

Value

You gain the ability to automatically trigger evaluations based on promotions and review cycles, reducing manual tracking and ensuring compliance with agency timelines. This increases efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Audience

• Site Administrators & Coordinators: Can configure performance evaluations to recur based on employee’s promotion date.

General Changes

"View more" Loads 1 Year of Program Forms

When clicking View more at the bottom of the Program Forms list, the user is taken to the Search page with the employee selected and the date range set for the previous year.

This applies to the following pages:

• Trainee Dashboard (onboarding programs)
• Employee Dashboard (probationary programs)
• Employee Dashboard (performance programs)

Performance Categories and Skills PDF Export Improvements

Added the Grade on Every Call field to the Performance Categories PDF export and Skills PDF export.
