Unable to open DOR forms using iPad device when users had very large activity descriptions with formatting and images. The DOR would attempt to load all activity descriptions when opening the form, which would cause browsers on iPads to crash. 

All activity descriptions no longer load when the form is open. Instead, individual descriptions will load when users view the activity descriptions.

Bullet points and numbering disappeared in the Form Creator Narrative once users submitted the DOR.

Resolved the issue so bullet points and numbering no longer disappear.

Observers were unable to see all users in a program when the observer is also assigned a Supervisor role given Limit Supervisors access to Trainees for matching location or shift.

Observers can now see all users in all programs.

If the user is assigned a Trainer or Supervisor role, with Limit Supervisors access to Trainees enabled for matching  location or shift, then the observer will be able to create and approve forms as allowed by their Trainer or Supervisor role, and only be able to view users in other locations or shifts.
