New Feature/Enhancements
Added an ID column to User lists
The user lists and user management page now has a sortable and searchable column to display a user’s Personnel ID.
Within the user list, PowerReady will automatically truncate any Personnel IDs longer than eight characters.
Value
You can more easily find people based on their ID or badge number, and can differentiate between users who have the same name.
Audience
Site Administrators, Coordinators, Supervisors, Trainers
Examples
The trainee list:

To prevent errors, activities with Any as its type no longer allow one-click to complete
Previously, when using one-click complete for activities with Any type, the activity type was defaulting to Call instead of prompting trainers to select the activity type. Now, one-click complete will not be available for activities with Any, and trainers will need to specify what type of activity it is and mark the call complete.
Value
More accurate data collection

Trainers
You can now add users through XLSX with the CAD Connector ID
Added the CAD Connector ID to the bulk user import through XLSX files. You can find this option by navigating to Site Settings> User Management> Add User> Add Users by XLSX. We also updated the import template and it must be used for all future bulk imports.
Value
The CAD Connector ID can now be included when bulk importing users, reducing the time spent going into each user record to add the CAD Connector ID.
Audience
Site Administrators
Increased the Activity Comments character limit
Increased the character limit for a completed activity’s comment box from 4,000 to 10,000 characters to allow for more detailed information.
Value
Agencies who regularly include extremely large and detailed comments will be able to do so.
Audience
Trainers
Examples
Agencies who have longer templates to document training activities or who might copy information from their CAD/RMS system should no longer encounter restrictions with character limits and should be able to more easily enter all needed information into their activity comment section.
Exporting Call Types as a PDF
You can now export as a pdf file the list of Call Types found at System Settings> Site Lists> Call Types. The PDF will show Call Types grouped by heading and include their description.

Value
Agencies who want to provide a detailed list of types to their trainers, or who enter their SEG's as in the call type description and need that documented for accreditation purposes can now do so.
Audience
Site Administrators
